Estuvo todo estupendo tanto el servicio de playa como la pileta posee sombrillas , reposeras y mesas auxiliares. La atención q brindan tanto Noreta como Cristina, Joan y demas gente del staff , hace q uno se sienta muy a gusto en Vila Kalcuni . Les envío mi agradecimiento por los hermosos dias que pasé junto a ustedes .

En general una muy bueba estadía, el hotel cuenta con pocos servicios pero compensan esa falta con una muy buena atención. La havitación que nos diron era muy chica por el costo que pagamos. La ubicación es excelente.

La atención y la elegancia unidas. En todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de mí. La vista es hermosa. Todo impecable . El desayuno es buffet y me encantó . El personal sonriente , mientras esperaba que me dieran el equipaje que me hicieron favor de guardar , escuché como apoyaban a conseguir a un médico para alguien que necesitaba un antibiótico . En la noche trabajé en el área de la piscina y la señora Kalcubi en persona llegó a preguntarme si todo está. Bien para que yo trabajara satisfactoriamente en línea . Me sentí en casa . Sin duda el mejor lugar en Sarandë para hospedarse

Værelset var fint og med god udsigt. Morgenmaden er ikke god og jeg vil anbefale at man købte ind i Spar 50 meter væk derfra. Lokationen er perfekt og tæt på restauranter og indkøb (Spar supermarked).

Vidunderligt og roligt beliggende hotel. Det lå nede ad en blind vej på en tange ud i vandet, så ingen trafik kom forbi. Hotellet har både pool og strand og selvom vi var der i høj sæsonen, var der altid liggestole til os alle 4. Morgenmaden var høj kvalitet for Albanien, men var ikke luksus for en Europæer. Pyt- det var så lækkert et hotel at vi 100% vil anbefale det!

Location could not be better. A little away from the main hustle and bustle but plenty of food options nearby. Pool and beach and views from the hotel balcony are great! This is a family run business, but not everyone in the family seems suited to hospitality. The building is well designed and of a high quality but some of the service is not what one would expect from a hotel marketing itself as “luxury”.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. The hotel is in a perfect location right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and a great way to start the day. Having convenient parking was also a huge bonus. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful beachfront hotel with outstanding service, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Property is new, breakfast food is low quality, you have to pay extra if you want a espresso or cappuccino. One night we didn’t have hot water in the shower. Staff said it would take 15 minutes to solve, but it took one hour.

Très bel emplacement avec plage privée et prêt de toutes les attractions. Accueil très chaleureux de Tony et il a été de bon conseil. Nous étions hors saison en début Avril. La piscine était donc fermée mais nous avions tout de même accès au chaise longue.

A lovely hotel in the quieter part of Sarande (all relative!). Cleanliness excellent- great rooms and indeed views. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was very good too.

Our first impressions of the hotel were very positive. The building looked distinctive, had a beach frontage and an adjacent swimming pool, and bar area with seating, although it wasn't open whilst we were there. The reception area and all areas were spotless. Our room had a balcony and sea view . The decor was bland, and the TV appeared to be hanging at an angle from the wall. This was fixed the next day. There was no welcome pack giving information or a kettle or even a bottle of water. As there wasn't anywhere to get a drink in the hotel this was very inconvenient. The shower had a glass door missing and there was no Body wash, just two tiny pieces of soap. The drawers were faulty and were difficult to keep shut. The bed was comfortable and the towels of good quality. The breakfast was adequate but no toaster available.The staff there were helpful but were unable to understand our request for scrambled eggs. There appeared to be only 8 guests staying whilst we were there, the Reception desk was not manned at all so there was nobody to speak to. Our room was not cleaned at all one day but we understand that this was due to an emergency issue for the staff member concerned. Slightly suprised there was no back up system in place. Overall a pleasant hotel but felt the service and maintenance standards lacking for the costs paid.

The hotel location is great, it's only few minutes walk from the port. Hotel has its own private beach and also very nice pool. It's right on the beach so there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Very clean and nicely decorated.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel in Saranda. Near to many restaurants and the beach. Perfect for a beach holiday.
