Very happy with this lovely little place. Very clean and the staff are super helpful. Sharon the cleaner went above and beyond and helped us out when our car broke down. It’s a good budget accomodation with a great location close to all the main attractions in Shoalhaven region. The check-in process is really cumbersome and it’s all remote check-in. The rooms felt a bit smelly too. There’s not much amenities within this motel. Chose this once it you’re in a tight budget and is looking for a good location nearby Jervis Bay.

Nice n relaxing 3 night stay. Room was very spacious, king bed was comfy. Fridge was big enough to store stuff for my 3 night stay. Bathroom has big vanity handy for our toiletries. And very happy that floor did not get overly wet after each shower. Good to hv eateries within walking distance for dinner. All in all very happy with our short break at Sanctuary Point.

We loved the stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was good, easy 10-15 min drive to Hyams and Huskisson and 30 min into Nowra. We walked the trail by the bay in the morning and enjoyed spotting kangaroos in the area in the evening. We traveled with our dog and paid extra for this which is understandable as the room had carpet.

I have had a lovely stay at Bay and Basin Hotel. The room was cosy and warm with facilities to heat a meal or make a cup of tea or coffee. At night, after a lovely hot shower, I snuggled into bed and watched the large screen tv and it was so quiet outside. I felt very secure but close to everything. Even though i only talked with the staff on phone, she was very friendly and welcoming. Me and my family had a great experience and slept comfortably. One of the reason of our trip is to see kangaroos and we are so lucky to see them just around the hotel.
