Kevin (half French / half Irish nationality) who was working at reception upon our arrival was fabulous! He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful too, advising me on the best way to return to Euro Disney, and also where to park and which trains to get, to get into Paris the following day, writing everything down for me.
The room was lovely, having a balcony was a bonus, and the view of the river was amazing.
Negative point - there wasn’t any aircon!
As it was about 27 degrees in the evening, the room was like an above. ~ and there was only a small fan in the room. I tried to find a plug socket close to the tv (foot of the bed area) but there wasn’t one. So plugged it in one side of the bed, and balanced the fan on a chair.
Slept well on the comfy bed.
The shower was lovely! Overhead shower, with also a handheld shower head too … along with 3 circular sprays that spray your body from the side.
We didn’t eat in the hotel, so can’t comment on the food. I bought 2 bottles of Diet Coke from the bar which were €5 each which I thought was quite over priced.
The British chap who was on reception in the morning was also very helpful and friendly.
Despite no aircon (during a heatwave) I would still recommend the hotel
