得好的溫泉旅館體驗

私人風呂出水口只有一個,導致溫泉不夠熱; 晚餐和早餐太好吃了,有機會試一下其他的房地理位置方便,鄰近金鱗湖

地點好方便，一出去就係熱鬧既大街，近金麟湖。離車站有少少遠，但沿途行入嚟都好多野睇，睇下睇下就到左。夜晚食懷石料理，非常好食，早餐很有驚喜。職員好有禮貌。

很有趣的住宿體驗！

交通位置超佳，就在湯之坪街道旁，雖然有些歷史，但是維持的蠻好，乾淨、舒適，古色古香。從很多細節能看出飯店人員經營的用心。私人湯屋真的很讚。第一次住日式湯屋，這是一次很有趣的住宿體驗。只是入住前一天才在赤間神宮聽了無耳芳一的故事，入住當晚很怕自己想像力亂飆....(因為真的很安靜...哈哈！)。

A dream with Yufuin

Great location. Slightly old with visible cracks on wall but well preserved and clean. Worth the price to stay. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Great amenities with nice onsen baths. Will stay again :)

1박이라서 위치 접근성 좋은데 찾다가 발견한곳이라 기대가 됏는데 기대이상의 위치. 스누피카페 바로옆. 방구조 넘넘좋음 세면대 화장실 방안에 있고 방밖으로 실내단독탕있음. 자연바람 맞으면서 온천 가능 반신욕 깊이임 바로옆에 샤워기 있음. 바닥이불은 딱딱한데 덮는이불 개꿀 !ㅜㅜ 청결도 좋고 서비스는 일본이니까 기본이고~ 다만 가이세키가 넘 짜고 좀 식은 느낌.. 너무 짜 너무..ㅜㅜ 일부러 돈주고 먹을일 아님

재방문의사 10000000%! 분위기, 맛, 서비스 모두 최고입니다.

여행기간 내내 비가와서 서운했는데, 비맞고 떨다가 들어간 온척욕은 천국이었습니다!!! 오히려 비가 안왔으면 5월 중순의 온천은 조금 더웠을거같아요;; 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고, 가이세키, 조식 다 너무 맛있었어요! 체크아웃 전, 짐싸는데 눈물나오더라구요.. 많이 생각날것같아요! 1년에 한번씩 오자고 마음먹고 갑니당ㅎㅎ

진짜 엄청 좋았음ㅎㅎ 숙소 안에 온천 있는 방으로 했는데 다른 사람 신경 안쓰고 언제든지 마음대로 온천 들어갈 수 있어서 좋았어요! 아침 저녁 꼭 신청하세요 엄청 맛있어요! 저녁은 일식이랑 양식 합친 느낌이고 아침은 일본 가정식 느낌인데 둘다 좋은데 전 개인적으로 아침이 더 좋았습니다. 이불도 푹신하고 전체적인 분위기가 편안하게 해줘서 좋았습니다. 너무 좋다고만 해서 이상하긴한데 진짜 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ

유후인을 다시 간다면 다시 이용할거 같은 무진조

유후인 역이나 버스터미널에서 짐이 있을경우 걸어가기에는 거리가 좀 애매한데 송영서비스가 없어서 조금 아쉬움 걸어서 10분~15분 거리 그렇지만 주인분이 친절하고, 개별 온천은 매우 좋음 기념품 거리가 가까워서 체크인 후 둘러보기도 편함

조식 시간에 대한 설명이 없는 것을 참고했으면 좋겠다. 조식 예약하고 갔는데 8시 30분 부터 라서 제공할 수 없고 환불할 수 없다는 말만 한시간 동안 반복했다. 이 료칸에 모든 일정에 자기 여행을 모조리 맞출 수 있고 일본어가 능통한 여유있는 여행객만이 이 료칸을 이용할 수 있다. 가장 훌륭한 점은 이런 모든 문제점에서 호텔스 닷컴이 우리에게 제공하는 것은 오로지 먼저 물어봤어야죠 라고 메뉴얼을 읽는 것 이라는 것이다.

酒店很不錯

酒店各方面配備都很好，房間很大很舒服，房間庭院內的私人溫泉真的無敵，住在這裡非常舒服。員工態度很好。說說不太滿意的地方：1.離JR站有距離，托住行李走十幾分鐘，要過了snoopy茶屋才到門口的小巷子，比較難找，且沒有接送服務；2.酒店員工雖然態度很好，但基本沒辦法用英文進行流利的溝通，這個價格的酒店員工起碼要可以用英文進行基本溝通吧；3.晚餐6點，早餐9點，只有這個時間可以吃飯，其他時間想早或晚都完全沒有辦法，真的很奇怪。而且我的訂房沒有包括早餐，員工卻告訴我們早上9點開始早餐，問我們需不需要準備。餐後收費時才知道是有費用的，而員工的英文溝通能力不足，導致沒有解釋清楚，以為酒店免費提供了早餐。
