This resort was great, the staff were excellent. It does require a transfer to be able to go to the towns but the hotel has a shuttle provided (for a cost) which we took multiple times. It would be great to go here in the summer and get away from the crowds.

The view was marvelous from the restaurant and pool. Having our personal small pool was amazing. The staff was wonderful in arranging all the transportation that we needed an excursion, such as horseback riding, which was marvelous. The breakfast was sensational. The staff of the restaurant was exceptional. We will definitely come here again.

We were in the Presidential Villa, which was amazing. The best part was the huge outdoor area and private pool which included an in-pool bar. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold to fully enjoy (mid to late October), but if the weather were warmer, we could have spent the entire day lounging outside. Note that the Presidential Villa is comprised of 3 separate buildings all next to each other. One building included a large bedroom and full bathroom that was downstairs from the bedroom. The second was another large bedroom with the bathroom on the same level. The third building had 2 large bedrooms with an ensuite attached to one bedroom and the second bathroom downstairs. There is not a full kitchen, but a small room with a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. This building also has a huge family room and dining table. The breakfast was excellent and the gym had new equipment and was one of the best I've ever used. Staff was excellent.

Everything was amazing. The staff were super nice and accommodating. The food was great. Sandesh makes a great iced cappuccino! Everyone is so pleasant and responsive. I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Great stay, incredibly friendly staff that truly do the most for their guests! Spa was fantastic as well! Food was awesome as well! It is outside of the main city, about 5 mins which turns out to be really nice since you do not hear the city noise but it is close enough to still do things. Would suggest renting a car if you stay unless you plan on being at the resort the whole time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely outstanding stay! Desiterra exceeded every expectation. The villas are beautiful, peaceful, and impeccably maintained, with breathtaking views. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The food was exceptional, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the entire resort is the perfect place to unwind while still being close to everything Santorini has to offer. We made memories that will last a lifetime and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Wow what an unbelievable stay. Nice pool. Large spacious villas. Amazing staff. A special thanks to Pamba, the two Micheal, Sandip, Sandesh and Thanias who really made our stay memorable and special!! Dimitri, the owner, is extremely attentive and always checked in through out our stay which was an added touch. This hotel is close enough to see everything Santorini has to offer but away from the large crowds. Breakfast is 10/10. I would recommend the iced coffee!! If you need transportation, the hotel does offer shuttle service for a reasonable cost. Overall we had an amazing time and will certainly be back!! Many thanks from the Saffron gatherers!
