The Hotel is nearby metro station, easy to travel around the city low fee Breackfast service is good, coffee, yogur with granola, orange juice, sanwich or bread toast with butter and cream. Close to goverment buildings and (presidential house, cathedral, etc.) nearby you have shoppings and malls not as big as Las condes or Arauco. but if you're looking to buy there're good options The room is nice and spacious, have all you need bed, extra blanket if it's cold. Have AC and heating equipment The Staff is kind and polite.

Hotel close to Metro and downtown only a few blocks away. Staff helpful throughout the stay. Received room on ground floor next to the courtyard, which meant noise till 9pm and also no window in room. Bathroom had a faulty toilet which would constantly flush, Shower drained really slowly. Breakfast was pretty basic and only variety was the filing of the sandwich

Hotel Casa Zañartu has a great, old-world vibe. It’s not modern, and that’s a plus. It has high ceilings, hallways with couches and paintings. It is fun, funky and comfortable. It is also in a great location in Santiago’s Historic Core — walking distance to the Plaza de Armas, Museum of Pre-Columbian Art and the Moneda Palace. There are mom-and-pop markets across the street and multiple eating options nearby, including a food truck court. For everything else the Santa Ana Metro Station is one block away.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and unique. The only negative was that the bicycle storage outside my window woke me up in the mornings. The bath mat and extra blankets could’ve been cleaner but overall, a nice hotel.

No a/c, instead a portable machine, which doesn't cool, but makes very loud noise. Everything is old and outdated, needs renovation at least once in 50 years, no? In 4 nighrs never changed bed linens, nor towels. Do not recommend at all.
