The property had just survived the bad weather even a few days before our stay. The property is a little dated. However, the facility was clean and appeared to be maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

Even though under renovation in last 2 weeks, this hotel was clean, inviting and so hospitable. They had fresh brewed coffee and CREAMER! The bed was comfortable and the TV was good. Highly recommend the owner as well - so kind, friendly and service oriented.

I had a great stay at the Regency Inn in Milton! The hotel was undergoing some construction during my visit, but everything was still very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay even better. I also loved the location! Having Anytime Fitness right next door was extremely convenient, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab something to eat. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the Milton area!

The hotel was clean and the staff including manager owner was great. The only reason I didn’t give five stars across the board because it is being renovated and the dust from the renovation was present. I highly recommend this place particularly at the price point.

Nice place. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue would be that whatever they clean with is hard on the nose. Otherwise, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Musty smell through out, smell got into our clothes. Air conditioning units need to be cleaned as that was musty smelling. Only bad coffee available in the morning with little creamers available. If you need a place to put your head down for the night, it will do...
