If you are looking for a great stay that's affordable and family-owned, you can't go wrong here. Rooms are small, but the pool is a nice bonus.

Wonderful little spot by the river - cabins are very small but quite nice with a huge array of amenities

This was a great little place for a stay. There are several places nearby to get a meal. The pool looked great, but it wasn’t swimming weather when I was there. Check-in was quick and easy. The room and bed were very comfortable and clean. The only problem I saw were some tiny bugs in the bathroom that were mostly up in one corner of the room and not much of an issue. With that, I would still stay here again.

This is a gem. It’s dated and the rooms are small but kept in immaculate condition and what a bargain in the beautiful white mountains . And if you like outdoor pools this is a nice one. I just love staying at family owned properties instead of the corporate ones. Highly recommended

Clean and quiet. Only con was no microwave. There was no way to heat up baby food.

Absolutely a wonderful place. The staff (a husband/wife combo) were extremely inviting. Each little room (we stayed twice) was quaint and comfortable. The pool was pleasant after a long day of hiking. Perfect little getaway spot. Thank you. Added some googly eyes to their fridge. Hope they enjoyed that.

Très près de Gorham et à proximité du Mont Washington. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir au besoin. Cours asphalté parfait pour les motos.

The motel is run by a lovely couple. From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm and friendly, and the room was incredibly comfortable and clean. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it also was clean and well-maintained. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Gorham! This place is a gem!

Very small room. First night boilers went out, no heating or hot water. Staff informed and they had people working outside our room till 10 pm fixing it. Fresh towels daily but last day they were damp. Had to go 2 days asking for coffee as they left 2 pods some days but not others. No breakfast. Trash not emptied nor bed made daily. Very basic and expensive for the area and season.

The motel is a cute little place in a convenient location with restaurants, stores, and sightseeing close by. Staff and cleanliness is great. So is the outdoor pool. The is no AC in the rooms and the ceiling fan makes a low humming noise (had to turn it off).

Apparently check in time ends at 9pm, which was not clear in my original booking and confirmation. Luckily I was still able to get into my room when arriving at 9:15. Property is in decent condition, but definitely could use some sprucing up. Beds were comfortable and it was generally quiet.

The room was very clean. Clean towels and sheets were provided nightly and bathroom supplies like soap, and shampoo were replenished daily. The staff was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The place feels really comfortable and homey! This is my second time staying here and the stay was excellent! Looking forward to staying again when I visit the area again!

This was a return trip staying there. It gives you a mountain feeling staying there. It is very clean and the beds aren't bad. It was too cold for the swimming pool which is sparkling clean. We had the unit with small kitchen. It was nice if we wanted to cook or even popcorn. The price is right and enjoy the mountains behind you
