Unprofessional Service
I did not receive the access code for my reservation until 6:00 PM—three hours after the original check-in time. During this time, I made several calls trying to resolve the issue. The person who finally called me back was unprofessional and hung up on me after I asked for an explanation about the delay and the confusion with multiple contact numbers.
He also claimed he had a different phone number on file for me, which is incorrect. My number has always been the same and is correctly saved on my Hotels.com account. I also received the original confirmation text to this same number, so there was clearly no issue on my end.
Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a clear explanation of what happened and appropriate compensation for the delay and poor customer service.
