Big cottage with so much space, great for families to spend time together. We enjoyed the delicious local coffeee the hotel provided for us! The entire cottage was clean, kitchen very well equiped, bathroom upstairs is so big, elegant, great for relaxation. Amazing property close to the ferry terminal and downtown Ganges.

I love the cottages, we've been there several times. My only piece of feedback is that the 5 pm check in and 10 am check out is not consistent with what I've experienced at other places I've booked, and I think is a bit unreasonable. The ferries arrive well before that time, and it just doesn't feel like there is a focus on the convenience of the guest with a 5 pm check in.

The upstairs sink drained very slowly (must have been clogged). The fridge smelled weird, and a lot of the dishes and utensils didn’t feel entirely clean. The overall outfitting of the kitchen was so so. None of the recline buttons worked on the couches or armchair, so they were uncomfortable to sit in for too long. I also did not like having to drive our trash to the front garbage area and needing to strip our sheets. To me, those are standard things that hotel management/staff should handle. But, overall, the unit was comfortable enough.
