We had room 10 with the balcony/water view and it was a great experience. If you want to be in the heart of PIB, this is the spot. The staff was amazing and accommodated all our requests. Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

I liked the location. Rooms were clean and simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived well before check in and they kept our luggage for us. They were not chasing us out right at checkout. I definitely would stay here again.

Good hotel. Right in middle of downtown. In walking distance of everything.

Definitely in the heart of where the city parties. I would not say family friendly for that reason.

Staff at check in we're seriously the best! Our room wasn't ready yet but she ended up upgrading our room for us so my daughter and I could put our stuff in it. The room was great, the beds were definitely old and dipped in the middle so they weren't very comfortable to sleep in but other then that we loved our stay. We would definitely go back!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The front desk lady was absolutely amazing and so nice. Even the maintenance guy was super nice I believe his name was rod. Overall experience was 11 out of 10 I would go back just because of the employees made it such a wonderful experience.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.

I have stayed here for 3 straight years for Halloween Bash at the bay and it was great every time. Best location for Halloween and I’ll be back next year.

The room was so much better than we expected!! It was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was very nice! For that location, -- right in the midst of everything -- we could not believe how nice the room was! We will definitely be booking here from now on.
