I rummet var ganska dålig lukt som kiss och fukt. Personalen var trevlig, tillgänglig och hjälpsam. Luftkonditionering var bara på ett rum som räckte inte i hela boendet. Familjevänligt var helt ok.

Great aparthotel, basic, but clean and functional. Beautifully kept pool and grounds. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. Aircon worked well and not too noisy. Plenty of electric points around the room. Short walk to shops, restaurants and about 15-20 min walk down to the beach. Definitely will return - excellent value for mondy

Godt prisbilligt familiehotel.

Godt sted i udlanten af Side. Meget venligt personale, hjælpsomme og serviceminded. To gode poolområder. Et ved bar og restaurant nedenfor værelser og lejligheder, præget af at det blev brugt af mange. Meget roligere, men lige så stor pool, på den anden side af gaden, for dem der ville læse, svømme og undgå musikken fra baren. God forbindelse til stranden med gratis shuttlebus.

Beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Fiyatının çok fazlasını hak edecek hizmet vardı. Havuzu temiz ve kullanışlıydı, çocuk havuzu 30 cm di, çok işimize yaramadı, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, aile olarak tercih ettiğimize memnun olduk

Her er vores samlede vurdering efter 14 dages ophold på Lemas Suite Hotel. Allerede efter et par dage, oplevede vi problemer med vores værelse. Vi bookede netop dette hotel, da vi ønskede et hotelværelse med køkken, så vi havde adgang til at lave mad selv. Vores kogeplade og stegepande virkede ikke, så vi måtte få det skiftet ud. Derudover var der noget galt med køleskabet, så vi måtte få skiftet det ud tre gange, før der var et, der endelig virkede. Ift. rengøring var det værelse vi fik snavset. Køkkenets vægge var fyldt med store madpletter samt køleskab og hylder var decideret ulækre. Vi endte med selv at måtte stå og vaske alt service, hylder og køleskab af, inden vi følte, vi kunne anvende det. Rengøringspersonalet gjorde ikke rent hver dag, og når de endelig var der, så glemte de oftest at skifte nye håndklæder, fylde shampoo, showergel og toiletpapir op. Næsten dagligt måtte vi gå ned i foyeren og bede om nye håndklæder og toiletpapir, da det ikke blev gjort. Desuden stod der i beskrivelsen, at der var internet til rådighed. Det var der også, men det virkede stort set aldrig. En sjælden gang imellem havde vi net på altanen, men det sprang hele tiden fra og til. Efter et par dage blev vi sent om aftenen bedt om at pakke vores ting og skifte værelse, da der var noget galt med vores hoveddør. Alt dette har vi informeret hotellet om. Vi har endda sendt en klagemail, men de vil ikke kendes ved det og handle på det. Vi kan ikke anbefale dette sted til nogen.

Apart otel olmasına rağmen gayet konforlu ve rahat bir ortamdı özellikle kat görevlisi FATOŞ Hanım'ın tatlı dili ve güler yüzü ilgisi bizi çok memnun etti kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz.Restorandaki kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği fiyatları biraz daha uygun olsaydı dışarıda yemek zorunda kalmazdık odalarda mutfak olması da avantajdı tabi denize mesafesi çok fazla maalesef sadece 2 kere servis kalkıyor biz hiç yetişemedik mesela ama anlaşmalı beach i mükemmel Deniz de harika Resepsiyon biraz daha ilgili ve güler yüzlü olabilir herşey için teşekkürler LS

Gece saat 10 da giriş yapmamıza rağmen odalarda havlu çarşaf, Tuvalet kağıdı sabun gibi temel ihtiyaçlar yoktu. Eksikler 12 de tamamlandı. Yatak odasında klima var anca salonda yok , salonda yatanlar yandı. Fiyat performans olarak degerlendirildiğinde eh idare eder.

Odalar çok ufak ve kirliydi. Kullanılan havlular 3 4 günde bir değiştirildi. Odada örümcek ölüleri gibi böcek ölüleri vardı. Room was too small and dirty. Used towels changed after 3 4 days later. Also dead bugs was all over the place.

Very friendly hotel

Good hotel run by efficient and friendly staff, we were half board , the breakfast was excellent and in the evening there was always something we enjoyed, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel has 2 large pools which are excellent and cleaned every day,the only negative is the location, your a bit far out, other than that I couldn't fault it

Otelin danışma (reception) sından itibaren tüm personeli çok ilgili. müşteri memnuniyeti had safhada. kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri cömertçe. pleasant small family run hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful Although beaches are not near, a free transfer service is provided. This bus and its driver were great fun. I looked forward to this trip, just for the ride. you would need to be fairly fit,staying here as there are no lifts at all. We were allocated a room on the top(2nd) floor, so had quite a lot of steps to negotiate. Normally this would not have been a problem to us, but, just 2 days before we arrived, my partner injured his back, so could have done with a lift. The rooms were fine, with air conditioning in bedroom only,(an additional charge) We loved the swimming pool a good size, which was kept beautifully clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds were nicely tended and contained some pretty flower beds. The only drawback was the quality of the food. We could usually find a little something acceptable at breakfast, but we only had one evening meal. It was not a pleasant experience,so we ate in any one of restaurants either locally or in Old Side, a 15 TL taxi drive away.
