Hotel incrível, com área verde enorme e com muita beleza! O hotel é moderno, quartos muito confortaveis e a vista da varanda é excepcional! Comida gostosa, café da manhã poderia ser mais elaborado. Bebidas boas e bons preços. Faltaram algumas atividades que estavam suspensas pela pandemi (justo é aceitável). No geral gostamos muito e ainda no almoço dia dos pais nos fizeram um almoço especial e com uma lembrancinha muito legal. Poderiam deixar água e café disponiveis na na recepção Em alguns horarios, e não achamos legal a cobrança de 15 reais para uso da piscina coberta, visto que outras estruturas (sauna, spa) estavam fechadas pela pandemia, poderiam facilitar nessa época e não cobrar a mais

O lugar é lindo! Muito arborizado! Porém, a piscina aquecida não era quente e era longe dos quartos, o que dificulta a utilização dela em dias frios (que creio ser o objetivo). O salão de jogos fecha as 20:00 e também é longe do quarto, o que não vejo problema funcionar até mais tarde, devido ao afastamento de quem deseja dormir. O café da manhã deixou bem a desejar. Não tinha pão francês e nem pão de queijo. Pouca variedade. A comida de um modo geral (almoço e jantar) maravilhosos, mas o all inclusive não inclui bebida e paguei 8 reais em um suco (meio caro). Tinham crianças no andar acima do meu. Parecia que estavam correndo dentro do meu quarto, acústica ruim. Sobremesa maravilhosa! Havia somente águas no frigobar e não havia preço. Achei ser cortesia do hotel, pelo all inclusive. Engano meu, pois as aguas eram 4,00 cada. O lugar é bom, porém caro para o que oferece. E no final de tudo, ainda haviam cobranças erradas na minha conta. Retiraram ao meu pedido, porém a funcionária foi grosseira quando reclamei.

Excelente local! Relaxante, preço justo das bebidas, na diária tudo incluso, limpeza nota 10! Local arejado e agradável. Única coisa que incomoda é o barulho de vento constante no corredor, parece um assobio. A piscina é um pouco acanhada pelo tamanho do hotel, mas sei que estão se mobilizando para resolver isso.
