Precisa melhorar os serviços, e muito!!!

O hotel tem uma vista incrível e impressionante, nunca vi nada igual. É um hotel antigo mas que está sendo reformado. O atendimento é bom mas precisa ser melhorado, inicialmente quero dizer que faltou um carregador elétrico, essencial para quem carro elétrico ou híbrido e como se trata de local isolado, imprescindível tal providência. Outro fator que nos chamou atenção é que o café da manhã é sensacional, muito bem servido, comida farta e bem selecionada. O problema surge à noite, funcionários mal preparados, Ignorantes e que se acham os donos do lugar. Tirando Eduarda e Aline, os garçons são truculentos, atendem de forma rude e ignoram que o hotel é uma ponta, isolado, com pouquíssimas opções para comer no entorno. Na recepção nos avisaram que o restaurante fechava às 22h, cheguei 21h10 p fazer o pedido e o rapaz do restaurante sequer fingiu q eu era um ser humano sentado na mesa. Quando pedi o cardápio ele disse: não dá mais tempo, já fechou a cozinha. Bom, nem preciso dizer a treta q deu, mas acabaram fazendo um lanche q até estava bom, o fato é q o hotel não é sincero, não tem comando nos serviços prestados e faz de conta q está tudo bem. Dificilmente voltaria lá, mas o Acolhimento no último momento que a proprietária nos proporcionou é sensacional, ela nos mostrou instalações novas do hotel e também o local onde fazem cerâmica. Ela é muito boa, prestativa, uma pessoa sensacional, mas não está dando conta do tamanho do hotel, sorte aí com sua equipe.

Muito bom, no geral.

O restaurante não tem opção serf service e quase não tem opções sem peixe ou frutos do mar no a la carte A suíte muito bem arrumada e cheirosa, mas o colchão é mole demais e os travesseiros muito altos. Como a suíte dá para a área externa de piscina (...), onde passam outros hóspedes, a porta deveria ter como trancar por fora. Além disso, a tranca da janela estava quebrada e há uma porta de acesso para a outra suíte, que parecia estar trancada apenas do nosso lado, o que causou certo incômodo ao pensar que outra pessoa poderia entrar se fosse o contrário. No mais, o atendimento foi muito bom, além da estadia ter sido bem confortável no geral.

Foi delicioso! Embora pegamos dias de chuva e friozinho o hotel é muito cofortável, uma vista linda logo quando a gente chega! Impressiona ver o mar envolvendo o hote,l a recepção tem um vista linda! A sala de jogos foi ótima pois estava fresquinho, pebolim e mesa de air hockey precisam de manutenção! A comida é deliciosa, risoto , lanches , mas o custo elevado, mas ok, tinha o conforto de estar no hotel, gastamos mais nos extras do que a hospedagem em si! Café da manhã delicioso, com tapiocas e omeletes feitos ao seu gosto! O hotel fica no alto meio q numa rocha sei la... então não tem acesso fácil a praia, é por uma escadaria,idosos e crianças e pequenas não descem fácil, mas fomos e a vista é linda... Academia ok, tem sauna e hidromassagem com um custo add,mas foi delicioso. Os pavões são um show a parte, área externa muito gostosa! Enfim , só faltou sol !
