There were several issues with the booking. They didn't have any clue about this booking and looked surprised. After talking to several persons they informed us they didn't receive any communication from Hotels. com but can arrange our stay there. They showed two rooms and we chose one which was better looking and clean. But our surprise there had been constant power cut and an electrician was called but was not resolved. We had no other choice but to move to move another room. The remote for AC was not working and WI-FI was not working. The staff was friendly who tried their best. After a long while AC worked but the WI-FI never worked. There were so many hassle.
They later asked to cancel the booking with Hotels.com and pay they directly by cash with the same amount as it was originally booked. We had no other choice but to agree with them.
The amount of stress and hassle we went through during our holidays there was not worth it and not happy with the experience through Hotels. com booking.
