We’re a family of five, and we stayed in a really special suite! The only thing was that we had a bit of trouble understanding each other because of the language barrier. Overall, it was great—the room was clean, had an ocean view, and was family-friendly. The breakfast was amazing too! They had 100 different kinds of food from 8 to 10 a.m., so you definitely shouldn’t miss that.

I stayed here as an American tourist with my sister and cannot recommend it. Housekeeping skips the basics. During daily cleaning, sheets and blankets were not changed, water bottles were not replaced, and bathroom items like toothpaste were never restocked. Direct requests get ignored. When we asked staff directly for toothpaste, they said okay — and then simply never brought it. Being told "yes" and then ignored is worse than being told no. Staff were cold throughout. No greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy in any interaction during our stay. Zero English. Nobody on staff spoke any English. Expect to manage everything — including your ignored requests — through a translation app. There are other hotels in Trabzon. Pick one.

Odalar ısınmıyor kalorifer dgl kesinlikle tavsiye etmem ısıtıcı ile ısınıyor ayrıca banyoda sıcak su ısıtmıyor az geliyor üstüne üstün duş aldığınızda pişman olursunuz bence kesinlikle kalmamanız gerekiyor normal de kaldığım otelleri yorumlamamsk kötü de olsa ama bu gerçekten otel kalitesi iyi gözüküyor dışardan ama içeri gidince kalite diye bişe yok

There was blood on the corner of the bedsheets and the shower floor and walls were filthy and moldy. We called the front desk and were taken to a different room down the hall, which was not a sea view like we paid for. When we told the assistant that we paid for a sea view room, he told us that there was no other room and there was no price difference. This is not true. We paid extra for the sea view room, but we were not given any discount or anything to make up for the trouble. Very dissapointing.
