Bibas and his staff could not have been more helpful during our 8 night stay, going above and beyond by providing me with care and support after I sprained my ankle badly. I have stayed here before and I will continue to come back. I would say the best part always is the incredible staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They are sincerely pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a challenge of missing luggage from the airport and they jumped in by helping me get updates from the airport to navigating my search to acquire items I needed immediately. The hotel is centrally located in Thamel, it’s clean, well kept, and a hands down bargain in my opinion.
