Short but comfortable stay here! The front desk was really helpful with arranging our boat tickets to Santa Cruz for the following day. Additionally, they came in early at 6am to help us with our bags, escorted us to the dock nearby, and packed a small bag of breakfast for us to have on the boat! We really appreciated that service!

The hotel is perfectly situated right at the port, offering a great balance of lively daytime activity while remaining quiet and peaceful at night—ideal for a good night’s sleep. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Max, Joshua, and Antonia were always ready to answer questions, offer guidance, or help arrange transportation, which made our stay feel easy and well supported. Everything was immaculately clean, and we were very happy with our overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Great spot in San Cristobal

My husband and I stayed 4 nights April 4-8. The location is right at the pier to catch boat for excursions and near all of the sea lions. There is a great little store right next door with excellent lattes/coffee and nice snacks, beer, suntan lotions etc. lots of restaurants super close. It was a great spot and very clean. Andrea and Max st the front desk were very nice and helpful. AC worked really good!!

This is a really nice hotel with everything you need when you are on the island. The room is very comfortable, it is close to everything with everything you need. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about the area and made recommendations. I would highly recommend the hotel.
