Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after. I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb!

Dry helpful from the start, check in process easy and shown to the room. Room was clean and tidy with plenty of space and the breakfast was delicious too.

The breakfast on both days was great and the service was excellent. The room was clean and capable. The disappointment was that there was a wedding on one of the nights which took over the whole hotel so we were unable to use the bar facility. It would have been good to know this in advance since we may not have chosen the hotel.

2/10 Mala

I want a full refund, I have pictures and a video of broken sink, bottom of shower door broken bathroom fan noisy and didn’t go off for 15 minutes after, cob webs with spiders in them no plug sockets where there’s a lamp, no plug socket where kettle is, no plug socket where mirror/hairdryer is, no plug sockets one side of bed, didn’t have bedside cabinet but did have floating shelves instead but you couldn’t put anything on them as they’re sloping down would never stay again.
