취소기간이란 없는 무대포 숙소

숙박은 괜찮은 편이었지만 에어컨이 사실상 리모컨이 되지 않는 구조라 매번 일어나서 온도를 조절해야 한다는 불편함이 있었고, 방에서 이상한 냄새가 났는데 처음에 문을 열고 들어가서 한 시간 정도면 잊게 돼서 크게 불편하진 않았습니다. 사실상 가장 큰 문제는 다른 곳에서 발생했는데요, 제가 6월 18일에 예약을 했는데 무료 취소 기간이 4월 7일로 돼 있더라구요? 그건 사실상 무료 취소란 없다는 말이고, 제 기억에는 전액 환불 불가로 들었던 거 같은데, 이 숙소 홈피에 그런 말은 한 마디도 나와있지 않았었습니다. 이건 일종의 사기라 생각했지만, 일단 취소할 일이 없어서 참았을 뿐이지 큰 문제라 생각합니다.

Desagradable experiencia

Hice la reserva y no me llegó la información de Tomo, el responsable, para hacer la entrada en el apartamento, imprescindible ya que no tiene recepción. Tuve que llamar la misma mañana por telefono al responsable al cual no se le entendia en ingles y me decia que no tenia reserva. todo esto supuso un coste de dinero y 2 horas perdidas en Osaka. El apartamento tiene una tamaño razonable pero es poco comodo ya que dispone de dos futones cuya sabana no parecia haberse cambiado en mucho tiempo. poca limpieza en la habitación, pelos por doquier y malos olores. el wifi, eso sí, funciona de manera excelente. muchos utensilios disponibles como lavadora, mensaje y cocina americana obligación de dejar habitación antes de las 10, otro handicap más. No me senti nada a , la verdad y no lo recomiendo.

A small apartment for budgeted travellers

This is an apartment without any room service for budgeted travellers. I stayed in a room for four people for 5 nights and felt ok. The room was clean and the environment was quiet. There were two single beds and two bed mats, a small TV, a small fridge, a washing machine, a mircowave oven and two sets of towels for each person. There was a Lawson convenience store at the opposite side. I could walk to the Metro station Yodoyabashi in 9 minutes and Umeda/ Osaka station in 15 minutes. In Umeda, I could use Hankyu 1-day pass to Kobe and Keihan 1-day pass to Kyoto. I could also take Metro to Namba and then take train to Nara and Kansai International Airport.

Not too complicated for checking in

15 minutes walk from Osaka station. Just opposite convenient store. Friendly communication with host. Well equipped with air con, microwave, kitchen, accessories. Recommend to stay.

God lejlighed dog uden wi-fi

Det wi-fi der var i lejligheden virkede knap nok, så vi var nødt til at købe et data SIM kort om aftenen, da vi hverken kunne tjekke det ene eller det andet online. Vi prøvede at kontakte ejeren, men vi fik intet svar. Selve lejligheden var ganske fin, den lå tæt på metro og i nogenlunde afstand fra Osaka station. Så hvis du selv sørger for wi-fi, så er det et udmærket sted at bo, men den manglende service gjorde til en dårlig oplevelse.

Perfect for the price

The apartment is small but it has everything you need, it was easy to find with google maps, just ensure you type the address provided exactly (we walked from Osaka station). Across the road is a convenience store that was always open, just around the corner was a delicious soup bar. Air conditioning made the apartment super comfortable as we stayed in summer also worth noting there are x2 beds we were unsure at time of booking (3 girls), it was fine for us. This apartment is great value, it’s not a fancy hotel but if your expectations match the price you won’t be disappointed!

便宜整潔的民宿

其實走5至10分鐘有鄰近的淀屋橋站，方便到達市區不同的旅遊熱點。民宿環境清靜，對面有便利店。民內地方井井有條，地方尚算寬大；惟冷氣偶有噪音，稍影響睡眠質素。整體而言，是家便宜、值得居住的民宿。

Good to stay and very cheap

Everything is good but the toilet no have water you have to use only tissue paper it is not ok for me. The location isnot far away from subway you can walk about 700m. If someone is finding th good hotel and cheap Please choose this one is ok.

無論步行去那個 地鐵 或 火車站 都要八分鐘以上 ， 床不舒服， 電燈壞， 窗簾破， 廚房不能用..... 太多不好的東西了

Its difference between the photos and the reality. And it’s so tiny but it’s clean. I don’t recommend people who have a lots luggage lives here. Honestly, it is quite suitable for small groups like 2-3 people to live.

wifi訊號不好，距離交通運輸站有點距離，第二天沒熱水也不前來處理，只回了封信，要自己維修，就這樣兩個晚上沒熱水洗澡到退房，無法聯絡到人，慎重考慮，有問題無法解決

우메다근처

우선 집주인과의 연락은 일본가기전부터 잘되고, 체크인 프론트가 없지만 상세내용을 메일로 보내주어 불편한점은 못느꼈습니다. 우메다역에서도 멀지않고 왔다갔다 하면서 편의시설, 음식점 등등 많았습니다. 하지만 머물렀던 방의 에어컨이 전혀 작동하지않아 습하고 덥고 힘들었고, 침대가 아니라 100cm 정도 되는 매트리스 두개를 붙여놓아 중간이 계속 벌어져 잠에서 계속 깼습니다.

Umeda apartment is located near central Osaka station, so walking from there to the place with luggage was no problem. The instruction how to get a key was easy to understand. The place was really great, it was clean and comfortable. There were basic supplies (shampoo, hair dryer), fridge. I definitely recommend

Nice apartment near Umeda Station.

I had early check in because the guest check out early morning. There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to Umeda Station. And 15 minutes walk to Osaka Station. But the room key may stuck and one day I almost couldn’t get into room, almost be outside the room all night.

Only good if you use to sleep at night

The code given to open the door was not working. Lucky there was a lady at reception who helped us with the keys. Saw another couple who could not get in as the keys were missing. The room had a horrible wastage odour which was not pleasant. The beds were smaller than expected and only suitable for two people even though we booked for four. The place is only good for if you are going out all day and need a place to stay at night. It is also quite far from the station. It’s a good 15min walk if that.
