Super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the location and was able to find street parking about a block away. Loved having my own little balcony as well! Water pressure in the shower was so good.

Location was fantastic and we really appreciated the 24 hour desk service. The amenities were very generous for a hotel in this price range! Complimentary tea and cocoa with an electric kettle in the room, Lots of towels, free toiletries, excellent beds good quality linens, and robes.

The staff were friendly, the WiFi good, overall value excellent and the patio was nice. My only issue is that the queen bed mattress needs replacement

Great location for us. The room was great - quiet and great bed. Morning coffee was great too - they have many neighborhood regulars who gather in the morning. We will definitely stay again!

We loved the coffee from the downstairs coffee shop. Hotel employees were a pleasure to work with. Lots of nice amenities included, robes, microwave, refrigerator and the coffee from the shop.

Great location if you are seeing a show at the Greek. It is near food, grocery stores and the neighborhood has a chill vibe.

The room was well prepared. Fridge, microwave, plates, utensils. Bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom was upgraded with all things necessary. The hall and steps badly need new carpet. A little weird going through the cafe but we got over that quickly. It turned into a perfect location and served our purpose perfectly.

It is an unusual location for a hotel, and we were really nervous walking through a cafe to check in... but the experience was wonderful - well done up rooms, great shower, ease of access to restaurants and a huge grocery store next door. We were having dinner at Chez Panisse and wanted somewhere close by. We lucked out with great parking not too far away - oh and that cafe I mentioned... we got a free drink the next morning as a perk! It was a perfect stay :)

Simple, clean suites with balconies. Coffee at the cafe’s not bad, either.

The location of this hotel is amazing…right in the heart of the gourmet ghetto and steps away from the best food, nice boutique shopping and a great farmers market. Even the room on the front was not particularly noisy on a weekend night. I’m really picky so I have to comment on the very dirty carpet in the hallways and the cobwebs on the walls and ceiling in the room. Still, I’d go back again in a heartbeat.

We are always so touched by the personable staff and service when we stay here. It feels like visiting friends. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will always choose the Sens first when coming to town.

Parking situation is atrocious and staff was not willing to help or explain. Should be noted on the website about the parking options.

No parking provided is a real problem. Shower set up with hose spigot is annoying. Otherwise charming place with all the ammenities in the room of a high end hotel. Coffee shop is cute!
