contents in room not as advertised.

we understood on booking that water bottle was supplied in the room and breakfast available. Neither of these evident on check in. only for a call to the guest from ourselves to ensure they were ok was this issue identified.

I never sleep well on the first night away in a hotel, but I slept like a baby here. I found everything to be clean, well laid out and comfortable. The owners were warm and amiable when I arrived, and I really appreciated the laid back approach to breakfast and check-out. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to look them back up.

Business trip and just found this place, I stayed here in the large room and it was fantastic! Really lovely homely feel, very spacious room, great self service selection at breakfast and the young lady behind the bar was extremely welcoming and helpful. The place was really great some nice touches breakfast was DIY but fridge full of fruit, yogurts, ham, cheeses, actimel drinks fruit juices. Cutest breakfast room you have ever seen! No meals available but the breakfast selection was amazing! Heartburn Village is a lovely area.

Clean and comfortable room, but full of notices telling me mostly what I could not do. If you’re that worried about stains on bed linen, don’t provide tea in the room! Even dogs don’t get off the hook, there’s a sign outside telling them not to bark excessively. My personal belongings were needlessly repositioned when I was out for the day and lastly for the price charged, I’m not going to tidy up your breakfast room for you as well as serving myself. Very disconcerting, I won’t be back.
