Beautiful and cozy with superb customer service
One of our favorite stays during our trip to Germany, this quaint cottage was cozy and surrounded by the most amazing views. The front desk service was absolutely the best and very warm and welcoming. Next time we visit Berchtesgaden, this will be our first choice for accommodations

Had a great 4 night stay. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Staff was also super nice. Even a little sunroom area with stocked fridge, beer, pop water etc on the honour system. Location was perfect. Hiking right across the street and also a very good restaurant a 5 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to the Koenigssee and Berchtesgaden. Would definitely stay here again.

Good overnight stop
Great location for walking in the local mountains - around 10 minute drive to Berchtesgaden - with a beautiful waterfall and gorge just opposite the inn (15 minute walk). This is great for an overnight stay - room was spacious and fairly cool in hot weather (but no aircon) and perfectly fine for a three star accommodation. Breakfast was generous and well prepared and laid out for self service. My only complaint was that we were offered local tourist card (for discounts in local area) and did not get chance to use it but were then charged 5 euros for the privilege. This should have been made clear at the outset. All in all, would recommend the Inn - it is in the most stunning area and close to lots of local sites - Lake Konigsee, Eagles Nest etc, and a lovely smaller lake nearby - Chiemsee.

Excellent!
We absolutely loved this place! I think we’d definitely come back to stay here if we ever visit the area again. The room was in great condition, and exactly like the pictures. The breakfast was great the next working. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Great Hotel for Hiking and Biking
Hotel was located across the street from National Park, so it was the perfect location for hiking and biking. A restaurant was across the street and another down the street (no lunch/dinner restaurant at hotel). They did offer breakfast and it was very good. Staff was kind and spoke great English. We had a recently updated mountain view room which was modern and spacious; great bathroom too. Satellite tv was available, but had no English-speaking channels. Would stay here again if we found ourselves in the local area agin.

Gjorde ett stopp för natten här. Charmigt ställe. Trevlig personal. Rum högst upp med snedtak och små fönster utan utsikt men ändå charmigt. Bekväm säng, bra dusch. Frukosten var ok. Restaurang/bar var stängd, men de hade nån sorts självbetjäning där man kunde skriva upp hur många öl man drack.
