I recently stayed at the Kip Hotel in London and had a terrible experience. While the room was clean and the location was good, the AC was not working. The room was tiny and had no proper windows. The staff was rude and unhelpful, refusing to call for assistance. They knew the AC was broken before I arrived. I left the hotel minutes after checking in because they were sold out and couldn’t move me to another room. Expedia was also unhelpful. They refunded me only $10 as a goodwill gesture, which was pointless. I won’t recommend this hotel unless it's your last option.
