Eu super recomendo! O hotel além de ser um uma região bem central, é extremamente limpo e aconchegante! As camas são grandes e espaçosas! O café da manhã é incrível, super completo e delicioso! Alem de ter água; chá e café na recepção à vontade a equipe toda foi super atenciosa e absurdamente prestativa! Amei I highly recommend it! Besides being in a very central location, the hotel is extremely clean and cozy. The beds are large and spacious! The breakfast is incredible—very complete and absolutely delicious! They also offer complimentary water, tea, and coffee at the reception. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and extremely helpful! I loved it! ¡Lo recomiendo muchísimo! Además de estar en una zona muy céntrica, el hotel es extremadamente limpio y acogedor. ¡Las camas son grandes y espaciosas! El desayuno es increíble, muy completo y delicioso. Además, tienen agua, té y café disponibles gratuitamente en la recepción. ¡Todo el equipo fue súper atento y extremadamente servicial! ¡Me encantó!

Shower does not drain, mold in shower. Insects and water in room due to poor windows. Wifi was poor but the staff fixed that, the breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful when you can find them.

Det var en fantastisk oplevelse. Personalet gjorde alt for at vi skulle føle os godt tilpas. De skaffede os en adapter og vi fik lov til at tjekke ud flere timer senere end det angivne. Vi kan klart anbefale hotellet!

We loved this hotel on Isabela Island! It was so close to a beautiful beach without paying beachfront prices. The staff members were so friendly, helpful, professional, thoughtful, and available. They recommended a particular tour company, which worked out perfectly. They communicated well about breakfast times and checkout options. The property is a block from the beach, a block from the flamingo lagoon, a few short blocks from the pier, and right by the best restaurants! The room we stayed in was large, comfortable, and stocked with shower needs. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets. There was a faucet outside for rinsing off after being on the beach. They refreshed our linens and towels every day and provided fresh beach towels each time we went out. They provided drinking water for refilling our water bottles. The continental breakfast is included and delicious, and the cook made us eggs and other hot foods every morning. The vibes here are so relaxed, helpful, and friendly. We highly recommend this hotel for individuals, couples, and families! It was a wonderful stay. We also recommend the Los Tuneles tour while you are here!

Nice Hotel Within Steps of Beach

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms, decent bathrooms with shower. Our rooms on the third floor overlooked street below and had great view of the ocean. There is a nice common patio on the second floor. Made-to-order breakfast was included. In center of town, near all tour meeting spots, restaurants etc. Good value.

Close to the beach

Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there.

They “upgraded” us to their beachfront property down the road which was nice - upon arrival we paid & they ended up charging one card and pre authorizing another card, when then they also charged - so we’ve double paid & been over a week and haven’t got our money back. So pay on Expedia before if you can because they don’t seem to know how to work their machines.

Perfect place to stay in Isabela Island

The perfect place to stay. The location was great, the room was clean and tidy. The petiole was super friendly, helpful and he lot of good tips. The breakfast was also good
