Terrible. We were not informed that the elevator was not working until after payment was made. I had to walk up 5 flight of stairs to get to room. Once I got to the room it had a bad smell and the room looked old and not clean. I ended up leaving about 30mins later, was not offered a refund or apology for my horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed, i arrived at 3am and was booked into a room on the 4th floor, i was then advised that no lifts was working, so after 20 flights of stairs i finally crawled into bed at 3:30. At 5am reception then called my room saying they forgot to take payment, i advised i will pay after i slept, they then called at 6am and 7am. I had no sleep and a busy day at F1 ahead. Im requesting a refund for these rooms

Bel hôtel à 5 minutes d'une station de métro. Chambre spacieuse avec une fenêtre extra-large. Le déjeuner le plus copieux de tout mon voyage. Jolie piscines sur le toit, mais pas beaucoup de chaises autour et encore moins qui ne soient pas défectueuses. Superette à moins de 2 minutes de l'hôtel, sur un petite rue entre le métro et l'hôtel.

Very dirty room, no clean towels and washcloths. Bad smell in the room like old musty stale mop water. Everything is stained: the wood, the walls, bathroom. just filthy. Customer service was very rude and dismissive. Don’t stay here
