Quality for value, the place is "get what you pay for." It's located in China town, which sounds great, except you will NOT sleep!!
The hotel is situated above a street market that begins setting up (screaming vendors, metal tables and stands slamming!!!) at 5am. The market is open till nearly 1am.
Our room was spacious and relatively clean, but smelled of fish (courtesy of the street market) and cigarettes. Breakfast was a bowl of something swimming in oil. The wifi worked great, which is rare anywhere in Myanmar and the shower had hot water. The staff are friendly, but language barriers could be an issue for some.
The market really kills this place. It's a shame, but there's no way we would recommend this place on account of zero sleep quality.
