Quando voce entra na propriedade se depara com um prédio histórico incrível e que foi todo reformado na parte do hotel. Quartos amplos, limpos e muito confortável. Única melhora seria na questão do cafe da manha que é oferecido no estabelecimento em frente ao hotel mas que é apenas um cafe e croissant.

The location is ideal, and the room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was also very quiet, which allowed us to rest very well. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the train station: it is only a two-minute walk away, which is perfect for visiting the five villages of the Cinque Terre. The parking is also extremely convenient, which is a real advantage in the area. Not to mention the staff, who were exceptional with us: always attentive, professional, and very helpful. The location is ideal and super convenient for traveling around and visiting the Cinque Terre area. Having parking available is also a huge plus in La Spezia. The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, with plenty of space for two adults. It was clean and well-equipped, with a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a coffee table, and two chairs. Although it was cold outside, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide and varied selection, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The location is excellent very close to the train station, where you can easily catch trains to the Cinque Terre, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor, and within easy reach of many bars and restaurants for dinner. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Overall, the experience was very good.

Fantastic location. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. Cinque Terre Gateway truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

The location was perfect. Comfortable and modern rooms that look newly refurbished. Everything looks of a high standard, much better than the photos on the site. The room was clean and of a high standard. The staff were very helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The staff overseeing the breakfast service were incredibly attentive, making sure everything was replenished quickly and that guests had everything they needed to start their day off right. Whether you’re in the mood for a leisurely breakfast or need a quick bite before heading out, the flexibility and quality of the offerings will meet your every need. This was our third stay at this lovely hotel, and since we are already planning another vacation here next year, it’s safe to say that we were extremely happy once again. The rooms were fresh, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated being able to park our car free of charge in a private parking area close to the hotel. The overall décor of the property is elegant and thoughtfully designed, and the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want to experience the Cinque Terre without the crowds. The atmosphere is amazing, everything is clean, well organized, and the service is impeccable. Michele welcomed us upon arrival and he was absolutely wonderful so much so that we decided to extend our stay by another night. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.

Die Lage ist hervorragend in nur fünf Minuten erreicht man alle wichtigen Punkte. La Spezia ist eine kleine, aber sehr charmante und wunderschöne Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geräumig und komfortabel. Ein sehr praktischer und bequem erreichbarer Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Personal ist durchweg äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit frischen, handwerklich hergestellten Produkten von hoher Qualität. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die große Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber meinen Ernährungsbedürfnissen: Als Veganerin mit Glutenunverträglichkeit und weiteren Intoleranzen wurde ich hervorragend betreut, es wurden sogar extra Produkte für mich besorgt. Einfach sensationell.

The room was very comfortable, modern, and extremely clean. It had just been renovated, so it felt fresh and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts are very kind and attentive. The free soft drinks in the minibar and the coffee machine are a thoughtful touch and show great attention to customer service. The included breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of options. Since we arrived by car, we really appreciated that the hotel had private parking. The location is unbeatable, both for visiting the city of La Spezia and for exploring Cinque Terre. Just a 2-minute walk from the train station and the harbor, I can’t imagine a better way to discover Cinque Terre. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The owner hates customers.The check in is more like an escape room experience but then the reverse. It starts with an sms 3 nights before arrival (one night after cancellatioin options) with a complex procedure to pay the city tax and provide the copies of all occupants id cards and filling out forms. Then you get the codes to the front door, the uppoer floor and then the key box so you can get your room key,... The night before our arrival the owner messages us that due to a storm the night before the Air Conditioning got broken. When we arrived it was indeed the case - however, our room was in the core of a 7 floor building (on the third floor on the inside) - nowhere to be touched by any lightning or storm. In the hallway all airco's working working very well - just the one of room wasn't. The owner sent me a mail saying that he had ordered repair parts and that he was doing everything possible to get it resolved, When i asked for potential compensation he said that he would see what he could to at the end of our stay. I suggested that i would include any non compensation with my review of the check in procedure - he called me and told me i was threatening him. He said that i thought i was "more than him" and that this room was not a ***** hotel but just roomrent and that this was clear at the booking,... I leave you to guess whether we got any offer to compensate for the sweaty nights. If you book and he says your A/C is broken because of storm,... remember this review.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse, professionnel et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la gare et à quelques minutes du centre historique, ce qui rend la visite des Cinque Terre extrêmement pratique. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et impeccablement propre, offrant un confort rare pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Le petit déjeuner, varié et délicieux, servi dans une très belle salle, a été un vrai plaisir chaque matin. Nous avons aussi apprécié la facilité de stationnement et l’efficacité des services proposés, qui rendent le séjour encore plus agréable. We had an outstanding stay and would absolutely come back. From the first moment, the staff were warm, professional and always ready to help (special thanks to Michele, a genuinely lovely person). The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained, with a boutique feel and great attention to detail. We stayed in the Deluxe Suite and the room was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly prepared. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well thanks to the excellent soundproofing. Everything felt spotless and well cared for. Breakfast was a real highlight: plenty of choice, fresh products, nicely presented and always topped up. The location is ideal for visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre, with a Carrefour just around the corner and bus/tram stops right outside for easy connections. A big advantage is that the hotel is just outside the ZTL and offers on-site parking, which made arriving by car completely stress-free. Great services, great comfort and an excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended, book with confidence!
