A hospedagem foi sensacional, a equipe do hotel INTEIRA é fantástica, o café da manhã fabuloso, estrutura e localização do hotel excelente perto de tudo. Único ponto de melhoria seria o modelo da televisão que não é smart e o pacote da tv a cabo que poderia ter mais variedade. Não dá pra acreditar que o hóspede ficará 24hs na rua todos os dias. Fiquei 8 dias e voltarei com certeza e não me hospedaria em Búzios ou Arraial do Cabo, ficarei no mesmo hotel e visitarei essas cidades novamente.

Viajo muito à trabalho e o hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Fui muito bem recebido pelo Felipe, educado, animado e solicito. Fiquei no quarto 815, bom espaço, limpo, cama confortável, TV com muitos canais ( inclusive netflix ), frigobar e ar-condicionado eficiente e silencioso. Banheiro limpo e chuveiro excelente. Café da manhã é bom e começa a ser servido as 05 horas. Comércio variado na avenida do hotel e o único problema é achar vaga para parar o carro. Recomendo o hotel...

Experiência ruim, me colocaram em um quarto na qual eu não havia pedido, cujo banheiro era para pessoas com necessidades especiais, o banheiro não tinha box e apenas em abrir o chuveiro o banheiro ficava alagado e não tinha pisos de toalhas suficiente, solicitei a troca de quartos e informaram que o hotel estava lotado, entretanto paguei por um serviço muito inferior ao contratado, sem contar que as roupas de cama estavam rasgadas...
