I had a problem with my bookings !They wanted to give me a standard room but I paid for Executive room at hotels.com! Then I demanded for what I paid for and they gave it to me! I booked another 2 nights again- They told me - I wasn't gonna get a room because the online price was very low .I had to wait for an hour whiles my secretary was on phone with hotels.com U.S. - At the end I had a room .But that was unprofessional .
