Was fairly happy with the Staff, Breakfast and Ambience of the Hotel. Liked the Security Measures in which you have to use your Key Card to access the lifts or stairs. Also liked the Location. I thought the room was a bit cold and didn’t think the Air Conditioning and Heating system was working properly. However my main issue was the lights kept going out and despite a quick response from the Receptionist the problem recurred.
