Great location for a couple of days - easily walkable into town. The hotel comprises 2 buildings on opposite sides of the street - the older main building (with reception, breakfast, swimming pool, and the low-numbered rooms) has the gated parking, whereas the newer second building has the higher-numbered rooms and additional (non-gated) parking. Don’t expect to check-in before the officially-allowed time - we arrived ant 1:30pm and were told to leave our luggage in the car and come back after the official check-in time! However, when we did return - and a different receptionist was on duty - she was far more helpful, and even offered to help with our bags (which we declined). There’s no elevator in the main building, and all rooms are upstairs. Buffet breakfast is self-service and very good, and there’s also a well-stocked snack machine in the lobby. The pool is near the breakfast building, and has several loungers, which are pretty much in the shade except around the middle of the day. Nice clean room - ours had a balcony overlooking the gated parking, which was a real bonus. Bathroom sink was cracked, but didn’t leak and it didn’t detract from the experience of our stay.

A very nice hotel in Calvi. We stayed 2 nights there in order to discover Calvi and make a little side trip with the Corsican Railways (Caminu di Feru a di Corscia) – very recommended! Very nice room, spacious and very clean. The brerakfast was very nice. The hotel has a wonderful small pool.

We had a room in the main building. It was clean and the staff was very nice. However, the room was rather dark (small windows) and lacked space to put things down. The bathroom had only a mini window (may be 10“), one LED in the ceiling and an improvised Lamp attached to the mirror above the sink. A major drawback was that there were virtually no electric sockets to charge phones etc. The room was on the 2nd floor, there was no elevator, only narrow stairs. All in all it was not up to the standards we expected. The breakfast was ok, the pool was ok.

Home from home

Our room was in the modern annexe across the road with a terrace and view towards the marina. It had everything we needed, including a kettle and fridge. Breakfast in a modern annexe by the pool was plentiful with a good selection although bread was in short supply on occasion. The location was very convenient for the train station and walking into the town centre, harbour promenade and beach. All had a good selection of places for refreshments.

Very pleased.

This Hotel was a short walk from the Railway Station in Calvi. I found it a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The Buffett breakfast provided was all I needed. All staff that I had dealings with were very friendly and helpful. Even though there is no Lift (elevator) in the building the stairs are not steep.

Room 19 was a cave in the basement, they say ground floor. No window. No ventilation possible. Almost no daylight. Only patio door with no view. Electric light always needed even during the day. Had nothing to do with the illuminated friendly photos. The lady handed over the key on the terrace and disappeared within 3 seconds. She knew why. I did not receive the free breakfast as a promised for Silver member. And no, I didn't book a 5 star or the superior room. But the photos promise a friendly, bright room which the reality does not offer. Was glad to get away again. If the management responds to this, they will certainly blame the stupid customer again who demands far too much and doesn't want to pay anything.

Nous avons été surclassé, donc chambre avec un salon et une salle de bain qui était très propre Nous avons donc également eu une grande terrasse, mais c’est là que j’ai trouvé cela, traiter décevant, terrasse sale, transats salent et table très sale, je n’ai pas râlé, car de base nous avons eu plus que ce que nous avons réservé, mais si j’avais dû payer le tarif de cette chambre, je trouve cela inadmissible. Petit déjeuner très basique, qualité ordinaire. La dame du petit déjeuner très sympa, à l’accueil ça dépend de la personne sur qui vous tombez Piscine plutôt agréable et propre, transat pas très propres. Et on vous demande de garder votre serviette de piscine pour tout le séjour ! Très bon emplacement J’ai donc un avis mitigé sur cet hôtel
