Awful, absolutely filthy, stank of stale cigarette smoke. Stains all on the walls, floor was black with months of dirt, pubic hair in the bed, I can not emphasise how dirty this hotel is!!!

Hotel reception very friendly as are housekeeping. Car park spacious and easy to get to. The hotel in general is nice and clean and in a good condition. There is a limited but free breakfast. All in all for the price, excellent value. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

Rooms were all filthy, floors were sticky, and the freshly cleaned bed sheets come pre-pissed stained for convenience.

The room was clean and tidy, oddly laid out. Very quiet and I slept well netflix was included on the TV, I didn't check out the other premium channels. Overall a good night's stay.

Compact double room with adequate space and facilities for me during this 2 night stay. Great bed and super pillows. Very nice shower. Iron and board provided and FREE WiFi! Reasonable breakfast for £6. No evening meal but very good delivery from local eateries. Vending machine onsite for snacks and emergencies if you've forgotten something like toothbrush/paste etc.... Onsite secure parking, lift to 2nd floor. Very polite and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when next on business in Bradford.

We didn’t love the breakfast, but it was free and plentiful. The room was spot on, and the staff extremely friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Very sharp left turn to gain access to hotel. Easily missed, but the taxi guys know where to go. You need to bring your own decaffeinated coffee and tea. OK breakfast included.

This is a modern, relatively recently built hotel of the budget rate variety. Consequently space was limited, but everything necessary was provided. We were delighted to find a fridge and air conditioning in our room, which was really helpful in the current heat wave. The room was comfortable and the shower was powerful. There were plenty parking spaces and a retail park was across the road. We could also walk into Bradford city centre.

4/10 Aceptable

The hotel is not as good as shown in the images, there is visible wear and tear to rooms and bathroom. They provide all amenities which is great but the fridge freezer was so noisy at times that it woke us at night. Guest were also very noisy and could be heard in the corridors at night. There was even an incidence where our whole corridor smelt of cannabis which did not make us feel safe at all. The inclusive breakfast is very basic and I would not say that it offers the full choice to be called a 'continental breakfast'. The staff were amazing and tried their very best to welcome and make guests feel comfortable.

Hotel located to a busy road 25 minutes walk from Bradford Interchange. You need to pass the hotel and head for a side road to access it. Decent sized room. Bed comfortable but traffic outside audible all night. Breakfast okay (sausages, beans, scrambled eggs, cornflakes, toast, coffee, juice).
