Booking online was simple, but having a sibling that needs wheelchair access was next to impossible to reach anybody at the hotel. They don’t respond through the Hotels.com messaging app. They don’t answer their phones and yet they’re open 24 x 7 x 365. The space is pretty nice. The food is pretty good. There are no complaints.

The room was small and the bathroom was down the hall, which is inconvenient, but this was a short stay and both the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and modern.
