A lovely hotel with accommodating staff. Just a shame there was no breakfast opportunity. The room was adequate but a little tired in places.

The room was very dusty and cold, there was mould around the bath/shower,The floors were dirty-The toilet was disgusting, the bedside lighting didn't even work. The constant flashing light from the smoke alarm kept us awake most of the night....If I could give a 0 rating I would.....Definitely unless your mega desperate go elsewhere......

Does the job of an overnight stay perfectly. Sure the decor & furniture could do with some TLC but for the price it’s more than adequate. The bedding was clean & comfortable & the room had everything you’d need provided. The staff were good very helpful. I’d stayed here before & won’t have any problem staying here again.

Lost for words!! Absolutely filthy. My room hadn’t been cleaned and the loo was unfortunately blocked with the left overs of the previous occupiers. Blood spots on sheets. You get the idea. I left . Approached the manager to ask for another room and was basically blanked.

Nice pub with friendly staff. Rooms and common areas of the hotel looking a bit dated. Overall okay for the cost.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The building is in serious need of modernisation but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent pub atmosphere, good food and great selection of drinks. All the staff there were very helpful.
