We were set to take the flight. Our son had a sudden illness. We could not fly. the airline did refund about 65% of the air fair. The hotel would not refund any. They kept the entire amount of the month that was payed in advance. Not even a partial refund. That is theft. Over $1,700 dollars. Not a customer friendly approach. We do not recommend a facility that does not care about customers.
