I liked everything no comments . The room, the service was excellent. but one thing I didn’t like that there was no microwave but I didn’t care that much ., thanks

For shared bathroom and toilet, it was good. Room was clean amd bed was comfy. Only issue i had was the door hinges. It made so much noise and needed oil on them. Apart from that it was good

Tried to cancel within 24 hours of booking the property and was not allowed.

No fuss and no stress all the way from checking in to checking out. Everything you need is provided for with excellent value for money

Liquid soap dispenser had dirty edge. Otherwise bathroom was clean.

Just coming to Sydney for a funeral and needing to be near Rookwood. The room was clean and comfortable .Staff were friendly however we only had a couple of hours sleep due to a noisy air conditioner, some machine noise sounded like a jumbo jet going most of the night outside bathroom window , people slamming doors all night long and stomping up and down stairs and then hearing the traffic and trucks on the very busy Waterloo Road . We will never stay again.

beds are great , need a bit of paint on the skirting boards

Everything was nice,great bed, nice staff. Only problem was the pigeons in the roof. Sounded like there was 1000 in the roof. Was hard to get used to, was great otherwise

Room was clean and comfortable, if not a little small. A power point on both sides of the bed and double glazing would make it even better.. Good for the price

The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The beds were very comfortable and for one night the room was perfect.
