Good place to spend couple of days close to the beach. Near the train station too which worked for us. The room is adequate but breakfast could be better. The use of lounge was a bonus. The owners were friendly and very helpful.

Highly Recommended

Excellent stay with friendly hosts. Comfortable and cosy ensuite room with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Very good, freshly cooked breakfast. Ample on street parking available and within 5-10 minutes walk of Skegness Pier and easy driving distance to Butlins. I would certainly stay again if seeking bed and breakfast accommodation in Skegness.

Nice room, friendly hosts, well located.

I stayed here for two nights whilst in the area for business. I didn't have the breakfast so afraid I can't comment on that. The host was very friendly and helped with directions to the town etc. and the room was comfortable with everything I needed.
