The staff checking in/out were incredibly rude, they didn't get the full deposit that I paid on Expedia. I showed her the transaction and she was arguing with me telling me it was the fees Expedia charged. They don't charge fees. This was my HONEYMOON and I noted it on the reservation, no acknowledgment from the staff or a congratulations. Other places we have stayed actually seem to want your business and have done little gestures to show appreciation to their guests, something as simple as welcoming us there, the woman was rude and cold. Not this place! I spent the better part of the weekend going back and forth between Expedia and Anchorage about the missing money. We had to dispute with our credit card company before nobody would take accountability. We finally got our money back when my credit card saw my endless back and forth. It's in a nice location, food is marginal at best, but this was enough to tarnish from ever wanting to go back to this place! There are a TON of places to stay on this strip, I would highly recommend exploring them over this place any day!
