This was my worst experience ever.
On the day of my stay I have received an email from the hotel saying that due to an error on their side they cannot accept me to their hotel and that I have go to their 'friends house' for the stay. They didn't offer me a possibility for the cancellation with refund, another room option, neither discount (even I have booked a superior room with them). The new place was OK, but not as nice as it looked from the photos of my original booking.
In my booking was stated that I have I will pay for my stay at the hotel, but for some reason they have decided to charge me in advance, as they said, they done this by accessing my credit card details via booking system. They didn't ask me for the permission for this action either!
I am glad that I have checked my emails on the day of my departure otherwise I would have received these bad news at the hotel.
I rarely leave a comment after my stays, but I couldn't stay silence after this awful experience.
