The staff were amazing, especially todos and Emmy! They always greeted me with a smile and ensured I had a great day / evening. The airport shuttle was amazing. The property had a very central location tgat allows you to walk to shops and restaurants.

Rooms were nice but the beds were terrible. The beds were extremely hard with springs poking us in the back. I needed up sleeping on my camping mattress since I had been backpacking before.

This is a very clean, quiet, and co portable place to stay in the heart of downtown kigali. They offered great pickup service from the airport and a nice breakfast spread. The room was comfortable. Only complaint is that the room was super stuffy at my 10 pm checking and therefore it never cooled down enough to sleep comfortably.

The hotel was clean and staff was excellent. First night my mattress was so hard. I asked to change rooms and they let me look at several till I found a comfortable bed. The a/c wasn’t working well they repaired it with in 10 minutes. Great stay!! Breakfast buffet was good the omelet station rocked!!
