I absolutely loved the property and close it was to everything in downtown Kernville including my friends that live there. Also the bed was very comfortable and the amenities in the room and private patio were great to have as well.

This place is a hidden gem. Great for families or a private retreat. Everything you need is a stroll away. You're nestled right between the river with a park on one side and another park, shops and restaurants on the other side. I will definitely visit again.

This place is excellent for families. We all enjoyed coffee on the balcony with a spectacular view of the river. It is clean and comfortable. We had no issues with our stay. Definitely looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend staying here.

10000/10 amazing experience, couldn’t have better words for this place. Gorgeous location and perfect for families with kids (the parks right across the street) We had the pinecone suite, The room and decor reminded me and my husband so much of our childhoods, and it felt so special being there with our daughter. We will definitely be back!!

Very nice place. My only complaint is the bed. It was very firm and uncomfortable. A memory foam mattress topper would help a lot.
