The staff at this hotel was very nice. We were arriving after 7pm and they left us a key in an envelope as the front desk closed earlier. The room was great - the bed and pillows very comfortable. My friend and I visited Rome for the first time and wanted to stay at a place close to the colosseum without paying too much. This place is great - budget friendly in a decent neighborhood. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Only downside was that the free shuttle that was stated to be offered was not available so we had to pay for the taxi ride from the airport.
