Stayed 6 nights in a pool access room.
Pros:
- Nice and clean room, but almost no cupboard, shelves or drawers for unpacking
- Wifi good, also in room
- Nice garden area, but more than half of sunchairs had no cushion and the rest pretty old. The empty pavilion took up a lot a space. Don't like the plastic grass
Cons:
- NOT in Nimman area. Located away from everything far down a 300 m long (and dark at night ) alley. Used Bolt (like Uber) for transport at 2-3 Euro for the 2 km to One Nimman or old town.
- Forgot airport pickup, and even after call it took another half hour despite they had all flight info. Hotel is 5-10 minutes from airport.
- Could clearly hear all starting airplanes, but no big deal, maybe 30 seconds 20 times a day and no problem at night.
- Kitchen was closed for lunch at 1.30 despite no restaurants near hotel. No opening hours stated, just said it was closed.
- For breakfast we could get toast with jam or a big plate with 3-4 sausages, an omelet, 3-4 bacon slices, tomatoes, salad and cucumber. Never succeeded in just getting an omelet. The last day I saw a menu card and found out we could also order fresh fruit. Reception staff also worked in the kitchen.
- Staff is okay but English knowledge not very good making it difficult to communicate.
- How can a hotel be named Spa when no spa. Also no fitness and no bar.
- Would book a tour, but brochures were locked in cupboard and no key. Could only pay cash when we asked them to book the tour for us.
