Had the worst service in my entire life. First night they called me in the evening after I had gone to bed to tell me I didn't leave the keys in the car. After dressing, I walked down to the lobby only to let the valet know, he called the wrong person, it wasn't my car. Next day the waiter at the pool forgot to put my lunch order in and I had to tell I needed to cancel my order because it had taken more than 50 mins, it let me know he had forgotten to put it in. There were many other poor performances, but the kicker at the end of the stay, the valet said he would take care of getting the luggage in the car, so I tipped him and got in the car. I drove about a block and merged on to the highway when our luggage fell out on to the street because he had not closed our liftgate, and there wasn't a light on the rental car dash to let me know.
