AWFUL
PLEASE AVOID! I booked a junior suite and was shown to what can only be described as a mouldy shed called the Annex. It stank of damp, mould and as if something had died. The floor was wet and the windows were taped up. After seeing the shed, I told the receptionist that I not pay for this room, I had paid for the Suite. I was then told that someone had already been checked into that room, that all other rooms were full and that I had to sleep in the shed - despite my booking AND payment confirmed for the Suite months before. After a lot of back and forth, the manager offered me a E50 refund - not even a third of the price I paid originally. I had to find elsewhere to sleep that night, as the ‘room’ was not fit for use. It was disgusting.
The hotel itself, as well as the shed at the end of the garden, is run down, old and not maintained. I am honestly appalled. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
