Don’t sleep on this one. It’s not a 9-10 but it got the job done. The staff was absolutely amazing checking in and out was effortless. The ash trays in the room were a blast from the past. But the smell wasn’t horrible at all. First appearance was like omg what did I get into. But sincerely it was very accommodating water pressure was great. Out dated a little but had everything you need. Pillows were the worst part recommend bringing your own. But it was my only struggle. lol. Would stay there again. Fridge microwave and tv all were in working order. HBO was included.

Absolutely disgusting place. Vile excuse of a man was unprofessional and put my guys in a smoking room despite them not being smoker, and booking a non-smoking room. The next day they spoke to a female and she refused to cancel the remainder of the week. They are criminals, and they will never have a chance to take our money again.

My Stay

The room was clean. Property was clean. There was no place in the hotel for a quick breakfast. The front foyer was closed. Looks like it was used for storage. Otherwise wise it was good for a weekend stay

I read some got reviews prior to my stay and got a little worried, but after my visit I saw those were not accurate. The rooms were nice, and the staff was very understanding as far as the guests reviews go, you just need to communicate with the staff. We went down for an army grad and was having an hour to spend with our soldier and communicated that with the staff they was very friendly and understanding and didn’t charge us for a guest like the reviews claimed. I love the convenience of the kitchen, it really helped with younger kids. Thank you royal inn for your hospitality.

This isn’t a bad stay for the price. Just depends on what you’re there for. The bed was surprisingly comfortable but the towels were so stiff and scratchy. Coffee is just not something you want to even attempt. But overall not horrible. Unsure if I’ll stay again

The pool was out of service, setting the tone for a disappointing stay from the outset. Later that evening, at approximately 9:30 PM, my key card inexplicably deactivated. When I went to the front desk to have it reissued, I encountered another guest experiencing the exact same issue. The front desk attendant assisted him but then walked away without acknowledging me, despite clearly seeing that I was next in line. I was left waiting an additional 20 minutes simply to regain access to my room and finally get some rest. Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness continued at checkout. After waiting 10 minutes with no assistance, I ultimately gave up and slid my key cards under the desk speaker just to leave. Overall, the experience was deeply frustrating and fell far below basic service expectations. I would strongly advise considering other accommodations unless there are truly no alternatives available within your budget.
