I really appreciated the Chedi for a number of reasons: 1) Very comfortable bed so I slept very well - beautiful room stylishly decorated, private, all the amenities (you don't have to bring a beach bag, already there). 2) Great service - from the preparations for my visit to solving some issues that occurred during the visit, services was brilliant. I really liked the ambassador whatsapp service, very responsive. 3) Amenities - I did two spa treatments (both with Sama, I can highly recommend her), excellent; had dinner at Nihon (excellent food) and the general restaurant (high standard), as well as benefiting from the pool and beach service - very responsive (try the Frosty Gin, very refreshing).

We had a wonderful stay at The Chedi El Gouna — a calm, elegant resort with a genuine sense of quality and care. The atmosphere is serene and relaxing, with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The staff were truly exceptional and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Special thanks to the two Beshoys (Safwat and Gamil), whose service stood out; to Ibrahim Mounir for sharing his deep knowledge of El Gouna and Hurghada; and to Mustafa and Abdullah for their warm, attentive service at mealtimes. A heartfelt thank-you also to Haidi and Marina, whose friendly and thoughtful conversations really made us feel at home. Kerlokos at check-in was especially welcoming and supportive. Ahmad and the lifeguard team at the pools and beach were professional and reassuring. And Ramadan from housekeeping was consistently kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. THE STAFF WERE AMAZING, GREAT SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE VERY EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY HOSPITABLE, THEY ALL MADE OUR STAY VERY ENJOYABLE. WE DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE HOT WATER BEING CUT DUE TO A PIPE THAT BURST WHICH CAUSED A MAJOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE WATER SUPPLY FOR ALMOST 48 HRS.
