We had a wonderful family stay here. The location is simply unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, making it especially convenient with a 4-year-old child. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive from day one. Every single recommendation they gave us—from local restaurants to car rental and taxi arrangements—turned out to be absolutely spot on. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Naxos and will definitely return. Highly recommended

The property was clean and the location was excellent. The staff at the front desk both Ariadne and Giannis was very helpful. Especially Giannis always available to provide us information and he went out of his way to assist us with questions about the island. They made our stay very enjoyable.

We loved our stay at the Polis hotel in Naxos! It is located very close to the port and the center of town, which made it easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. While the rooms were slightly worn and outdated, we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast items that the hotel offered for free each morning. Checking in was easy, and we were even given recommendations on where to eat and which nearby towns we should visit. Overall, we would recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Naxos!

cet hôtel est supposé être VIP Acces mais on nous a proposé de payer 20€ par jour pour être upgradé et il n'y avait de bouteille de vin de bienvenue, pourtant prevue. Il a fallu réclamer 2 fois des produits de salle de douche, et le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas. Je passe sur la poubelle de papiers toilette sales retrouvée ouverte sur le bureau. Réception aimable. Bien situé et proche de la plage Giorgios.

This boutique hotel is amazing. I consider it a much better option than expensive branded hotels. The room is well appointed with quality fixtures, breakfast selection is par excellence and has a good family vibe as the father of the owner overseas daily operations. Staff are extremely helpful and extremely polite and understanding. Truly one of the best place we stayed in. Thanks !

I had an extended stay in Naxos, and the Polis is an excellent selection for anyone. Clean, well-operated with spacious rooms; hot water; excellent ac; friendly staff. The morning breakfasts were very good quality and selection, and the coffee was piping hot. If you are looking for a nicely located hotel, close to the beach, very nice restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the port area, then the Polis deserves your strongest considerations.

Had a rough start in Naxos but the receptionist male/female were fantastic, helpful and friendly which made up the rough start. Room was clean, cleaning ladies were efficient, and accommodating understanding people are jet lagged. Breakfast was ok same thing everyday, by the third day had to go elsewhere to have breakfast. Location of the hotel is terrific as it’s walking distance to Heaven’s cafe, where I went and rented a car at extreme car rentals. See Kosta’s he’s fair and friendly. Our overall experience in Naxos was fabulous and food was excellent!!! Some of our favourite establishments were Taverna Naxos, Lotto, Elliniko, Boulamatis, Pi and Fi and Rotanda, many great eateries around. Definitely need a car to go to one of our favourite beach Pirgaki!! Hands down the best clean, white sand, and not many people. Thank you Polis of Naxos staff A++ for your friendly and helpful ways! Will definitely recommend.

Impromtu hotel stop but was great

We were lucky to get a room as we werent meant to go to Naxos, due to issues with ferries, we ended up there. Last minute availability for these rooms that was booked 2 hours before we arrived. The receptionist was super helpful and made light of the stressful suitation. Overall they made us feel better with the impromtu stop in Naxos.
