Love staying at this hotel. Customer service is excellent and the entire staff is really sweet. Rooms are large and clean. I absolutely love having breakfast included. Delicious authentic Mexican food or Continental breakfast if you are more into cereals, french toast, etc.

No me dieron la cama kingsize, la regadera no tenía agua a presión y tarda demasiado en salir el agua caliente, no tiene persianas blackout y la luz del pasillo entra a la habitación. Demasiado ruido en general ya sea de las máquinas del hotel o de personas jugando fuera del horario de tranquilidad

Es una buena opción para pasar un par de días, el precio que nos brindó la plataforma es el adecuado, los cuartos están bastante limpios y parece que los remodelaron hace poco cuentan con aire acondicionado. La piscina está bien aún que si hubiese cupo lleno no sería hasta, la climatización no es muy buena tarda demasiado en calentar el agua o por lo menos estar temperatura ambiente aunque en tiempo de calor estaría perfecto. El personal es muy amable y dan buena atención. Dan servicio de desayuno tipo bufet es bastante bueno. El único detalle que yo en lo personal sugeriría mejorar es actualizar o remodelar el espacio de recepción y comedor parecen atrapados en el tiempo.
